    Sammanfattning : Postpartum depression (PPD) är ett globalt folkhälsoproblem. Mödrar som migrerar till ett annat land har en ökad risk att drabbas av PPD.     Sammanfattning : Aim: The aim of this thesis was to examine the 1) consequences of maternal depressive symptoms 2-3 months postpartum on parents experiences of parenthood at one year and on parent-child interactions15-18 months postpartum, and the 2) circumstances in the early postpartum, which might predict depressive symptoms 2 months postpartum. Method: A community sample of 574 women was screened for depressive symptoms, using the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) two months postpartum. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Background: Psychiatric symptoms such as fatigue, concentration and memory difficulties, anxiety, and depressiveness are frequently reported after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) and in various other neurological diseases. These symptoms may indicate the presence of organic psychiatric disorders (OPDs), such as the Astheno-Emotional (AE-) disorder, of anxiety or depressive disorders, or both, but psychiatric classification and differentiation between such disorders have seldom been used in follow-up studies of neurological disease.
