    Sammanfattning : Elevated levels of anxiety are a common response to stressful competitive sports situations, are known to moderate athletic performance and are referred to as an unpleasant emotional state associated with perceptions of situational threat.     Sammanfattning : Background People with rheumatic or neurologic conditions are commonly referred for occupational therapy because of decreased ability to perform ADL tasks. Upon referral, occupational therapists use a client-centred, occupationfocused approach when evaluating a person's perceived and observed quality of ADL task performance to clarify the nature and extent of the person’s problems, plan interventions and determine effectiveness of interventions.     Sammanfattning : This study investigates how Cultural and Formal Institutional distances and their interaction affect the performance of multinational foreign subsidiaries in Latin America. It is shown that using Kogut and Singh (1988) index or attributing the positive and negative signals to distances in opposite directions fail to capture asymmetric effects as it assumes either symmetry or opposing symmetry.     Sammanfattning : How does the behavior of the entrepreneur affect the development and performance of the business venture? Why do some small business owner-managers remain small, when others wish to grow? In this dissertation the author tries to answer these questions by examining the importance of stable psychological characteristics of the entrepreneur on business performance and expected future performance. The author argues that the entrepreneurship research focus on the entrepreneurial personality is far too narrow, ignoring a crucial range of psychological factors such as intellectual ability and motivation that matter immensely in terms of how entrepreneurs act.
