    Sammanfattning : In the present thesis the development and application of a novel laser diagnostic system for high speed spectroscopic imaging of turbulent combustion phenomena is presented.     Sammanfattning : Composite insulators have a number of advantages compared to conventional insulators, but the fact that they are more prone to aging is a major drawback.
