  4. 14. Growth and Behaviour : Epigenetic and Genetic Factors Involved in Hybrid Dysgenesis

    Författare :Wei Shi; Reinald Fundele; Diethard Tautz; Uppsala universitet; []

    Sammanfattning : In mammals, the most frequently observed hybrid dysgenesis effects are growth disturbances and male sterility. Profound defects in placental development have been described and our work on hybrids in genus Mus has demonstrated putative hybrid dysgenesis effects that lead to defects in lipid homeostasis and maternal behavior. 5. 15. Surface chemical behaviour

    Författare :Marie Wickman; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :;

    Sammanfattning : The objective of the investigations included in this thesisis to show how the properties of alkyd resins, used as bindersin offset printing inks, affect the ink in terms of pigmentdispersion, emulsification of fountain solution, and inksetting.The interactions between alkyd resins and aqueous solutionshave been investigated by interfacial tension measurementsusing the pendant drop technique and by measurement of dropletsize using light diffraction.
