    Sammanfattning : Cyclin E, a positive regulatory subunit of Cdk2, normally accumulates periodically at the G1/S transition, where it promotes entry into S phase and other DNA replication-associated functions. However, in many types of human cancer, cyclin E is overexpressed and in some cases its expression becomes deregulated, a phenomenon generally associated with poor prognosis. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Using synchrotron powder XRD experiments, I studied (i) structures of silica mesoporous MCM-41 and MCM-48 crystals, (ii) gas adsorption processes of Ar and N2 in the mesopores of the mesoporous crystals, and (iii) bonding features of CaAl2-xZnx crystals through the analysis of electron charge density distributions.     Sammanfattning : The Dukan Reservoir has been created from the construction of the Dukan Dam on the Lesser Zab River where it crosses the Khalakan Thrust Sheet (Khalakan Mountains) through a gorge 65 km northwest of Sulaimani and 295 km northeast of Baghdad. The Dukan Dam is a multi-purpose dam which was built from 1954 to 1959 to control the flooding of the Lesser Zab River, and to provide irrigation, hydroelectricity, and water storage. LÄS MER
