32. Micro-Foundations of Organizational Adaptation : A Field Study in the Evolution of Product Development Capabilities in a Design Firm
Sammanfattning : The aim of this dissertation is to improve knowledge of how organizations adapt to their dynamic environments, by developing a detailed understanding of the configuration and evolution of organizational replicators. Among open questions in the literature on organizational adaptation, I have explored the following: How can the structure of organizational replicators and the nature of their components be realistically described? How do different organizational replicators interact with each other at different levels within and across organizational boundaries? How do replicators evolve? Why do firms need dynamic capabilities? I’ve addressed these questions by means of an embedded, longitudinal field study of Alessi, an Italian firm founded in 1921, active in the development and production of hundreds of design household products. Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to illuminate the interplay between intuitive ideas and formal justification. In a perspective where we focus on the students’ competences we describe the interaction between intuitive ideas and formal structures, as they appear especially in relation to concept definitions and formal proofs. 34. Chiral and toxicological aspects of citalopram : an experimental study in rats
Sammanfattning : Citalopram (CIT) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), which is used for the treatment of different psychiatric disorders. The indications for prescription of OT are linked to high risks for intentional intoxications. CIT is one of the most commonly found drugs in Swedish forensic autopsy cases. LÄS MER
35. Epidemiological studies of risk factors for injuries in an adult population
Sammanfattning : Injuries are often associated with long-term suffering and lowered functioning, and personal injuries impose a huge burden on medical care and health services in addition to the costs associated with impaired functional ability. Each year in Sweden, falling accidents are experienced by a third of those aged 60 or over and half of those aged 80 or over, while injuries from traffic accidents still account for many of the serious accidents in youths and younger adults.
