  1. 41. Understanding information sharing in supply chains - Identifying contingency factors that impact benefits of information sharing

    Författare :Joakim Kembro; Teknisk logistik; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Logistics; Supply chain; Supply chain management; Information sharing; Information flow; Demand data; Contingency theory; Contextual factor;

    Sammanfattning : To increase our understanding of information sharing in supply chains the purposeof this licentiate was threefold: to review and analyze existing academic literature to describe and structure the research field; to empirically explore information sharing in a supply chain representing more than three tiers; and to explore contingency factors through literature reviews and empirical data collection. Thereby this licentiate thesis addresses several gaps identified in academic literature. LÄS MER

  2. 42. Modelling and Simulating Demand-Responsive Transport

    Författare :Sergei Dytckov; Jan A. Persson; Paul Davidsson; Erik Jenelius; Malmö universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; On-Demand Mobility; Demand Responsive Transport; Modelling and Simulation; Sustainability;

    Sammanfattning : Public transport is an efficient way to transport large volumes of travellers. However, there are systemic issues that make it hard for conventional public transport to provide efficient service on finer levels, like first- and last-mile problems or low-demand areas. LÄS MER

  3. 43. Human mobility behavior : Transport mode detection by GPS data

    Författare :Paria Sadeghian; Johan Håkansson; Xiaoyun Zhao; Kenneth Carling; Gyözö Gidofalvi; Högskolan Dalarna; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Transport mode detection; Machine learning; Statistical learning; Rule-based method; Data labeling;

    Sammanfattning : GPS tracking data are widely used to understand human travel behavior and to evaluate the impact of travel. A major advantage with the usage of GPS tracking devices for collecting data is that it enables the researcher to collect large amounts of highly accurate and detailed human mobility data. LÄS MER
