16. Observations on Operating System Security Vulnerabilities
Sammanfattning : This thesis presents research on computer security vulnerabilities in general-purpose operating systems. The objective is to investigate intrusions in such systems in order to find and model the underlying generic weaknesses, i.e., weaknesses that would be applicable to many different systems. LÄS MER
17. Towards Secure Multipath TCP Communication
Sammanfattning : The evolution in networking coupled with an increasing demand to improve user experience has led to different proposals to extend the standard TCP. Multipath TCP (MPTCP) is one such extension that has the potential to overcome few inherent limitations in the standard TCP. LÄS MER
18. The origin of the Ryllshyttan stratabound Zn-Pb-Ag-(Cu) + magnetite deposit, Garpenberg, Bergslagen, Sweden
Sammanfattning : Ryllshyttan is a Palaeoproterozoic lower amphibolite-facies poly-metamorphosed stratabound Zn-Pb-Ag-(Cu) + magnetite deposit. It is located in the Garpenberg inlier of the Bergslagen mining district of southern Sweden and produced ~ 1 Mt sulphide ore and ~ 0.4 Mt magnetite ore from the early 16th century until 1944. LÄS MER
19. Geochemical Development of Proterozoic Granites in the SW Baltic Shield
Sammanfattning : The plutonic rocks in the Western Segment of the Southwestern Swedish Gneiss Complex show a distinct geochemical evolution. The 1.6 Ga Åmål granitoids and Slottsbron migmatites are a quartz dioritic to granodioritic, calc-alkaline rock suite with smooth, but somewhat fractionated, REE and other trace-element patterns. 20. Volcanology of the paleoproterozoic Maurliden area and its four unusual massive sulphide deposits, Skellefteå district, Sweden
Sammanfattning : The Skellefte district is one of three major ore provinces in Sweden and contains more than 85 Zn-Cu-Au-Ag massive sulphide deposits. The Maurliden area is situated in the central part of the district and is a subaqueous volcanic dominated area with four Zn-Pb-Cu-Au-Ag sulphide deposits. LÄS MER
