  1. 1. Visual Odometryin Principle and Practice

    Författare :Mikael Persson; Michael Felsberg; Klas Nordberg; Per-Erik Forssén; Janne Heikkilä; Linköpings universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Visual Odometry; Continuous Pose Trajectory; P3P; PNP; VO; Tracking; Calibration;

    Sammanfattning : Vision is the primary means by which we know where we are, what is nearby, and how we are moving. The corresponding computer-vision task is the simultaneous mapping of the surroundings and the localization of the camera. This goes by many names of which this thesis uses Visual Odometry. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Molecular basis for enhanced T-cell recognition and cross-reactivity

    Författare :Eva Allerbring; Karolinska Institutet; Karolinska Institutet; []
    Nyckelord :;

    Sammanfattning : T cells of the adaptive immune system recognize and kill infected cells by interacting with pathogenic peptides displayed on major histocompatibility complexes (MHC) through its T-cell receptor (TCR). TCR interactions with peptide/MHC complexes occur throughout the lifespan of T cells, from development to activation, with the origin of the peptide varying between self and foreign. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Elicitation and enhancement of T and B cell responses

    Författare :Hannes Uchtenhagen; Karolinska Institutet; Karolinska Institutet; []
    Nyckelord :;

    Sammanfattning : The Major histocompatibility complex class I (MHC-I) has been characterized in such great depth that a number of its key properties are well understood and part of its behavior can even be predicted. It is therefore intriguing that the impact of small epitope modifications on immunogenicity and the elicitation of T-cell repertoires remain often unpredictable and full of surprises. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Molecular dynamics and aggregation behaviour in aqueous polymer-drug model systems

    Författare :Hans Evertsson; Uppsala universitet; []
    Nyckelord :MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; Pharmaceutical chemistry; Farmaceutisk kemi; Pharmaceutical chemistry; Farmaceutisk kemi; Physical and Inorganic Pharmaceutical Chemistry; fysikalisk och oorganisk farmaceutisk kemi;

    Sammanfattning : Pharmaceutical formulations often contain polymers used as binders, swelling agents, etc., to give the formulation mechanical stability or specific drug release features. Many drug substances, as well as polymers, are amphiphilic which will give an associative polymer-drug interaction, affecting the dissolution rate and drug release. LÄS MER
