    Sammanfattning : Barley is a good source of dietary fibre, particularly β-glucan and arabinoxylan, to increase formation of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs).     Sammanfattning : The “gut microbiota” is widely accepted as an integral part of the gut homeostasis, and is thought to contribute to the establishment of intestinal barrier.
