   Sammanfattning : The overall aim of the present work has been to obtain quantitative and qualitative data on mercury from dental amalgam in humans.    Sammanfattning : Two different sensitive microtitre-plate based enzyme immunoassays were developed and evaluated for determination of the model drug compound, budesonide, in blood plasma. By using the described methods, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB), polychlorinated naphthalenes (PCN), hexachlorobenzene(HCB), 1,1-dichloro-2,2-bis(4 chlorophenyl)ethene (p,p'-DDE) and methylsulphonyl metabolites of PCB (MeSO2-PCB) and p,p'-DDE (Meso2-DDE) were determined in human blood plasma, adipose tissue and liver.
