    Sammanfattning : Leukotrienes (LTs) are polyunsaturated fatty acid derivatives formed by oxygenation of arachidonic acid via the 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) pathway.     Sammanfattning : In this thesis, the aberrant lipid and phospholipid metabolism of neuroblastoma was exploited for tumor monitoring and as target of experimental therapy.
