Sammanfattning : Peritoneal adhesions occur in up to 93% of adults after peritoneal trauma during surgery. Most adhesions are asymptomatic but can cause female infertility, small bowel obstruction (SBO) and chronic abdominal pain. Sammanfattning : Malignant esophageal tumors are among the most severe cancers. Only about 30% of the patients are suitable for curative treatment at diagnosis. The treatment is extremely demanding and unfortunately has disappointing results.
