   Sammanfattning : Leptosphaeria maculans an ascomycete in the diverse class of Dothideomycetes, is an devastating pathogen on Brassica crops. In this thesis, tools and knowledge in Arabidopsis thaliana was explored to enhance our knowledge on plant defense to this fungus.
