   Sammanfattning : The interface between two semiconductors significantly influences their optical and electronic properties. In contrast to traditional material heterostructures, polytype heterostructures between wurtzite (wz) and zincblende (zb) segments in homomaterial InP nanostructures exhibit sharp interfaces with minimal strain.
