11. On dynamic properties of rubber isolators
Sammanfattning : This work aims at enhancing the understanding and to provideimproved models of the dynamic behavior of rubber vibrationisolators which are widely used in mechanical systems.Initially, a time domainmodel relating compressions tocomponent forces accounting for preload effects, frequency anddynamic amplitude dependence is presented. 12. Dynamic properties of two pedestrian timber bridges : Experimental and numerical analysis at several stages of construction
Sammanfattning : Pedestrian bridges can beneficially be made from timber in order for our society to reach a sustainable future. This positive development is partly made possible due to advances in engineered wood products (e.g. glued laminated timber) and the possibilities for pre-fabrication of structural parts. LÄS MER
13. Electrophysiological effects of contrast media. Dynamic vectorcardiographic monitoring of patients during coronary angiography
Sammanfattning : Objective: The aims of this work were to study, by means of dynamic vectorcardiography (VCG), the electrophysiological effects of contrast media (CM) injected into the coronary arteries and to evaluate which VCG variables are most suitable for comparing different CM. We also studied if CM-induced VCG changes differ from those seen after myocardial ischaemia. LÄS MER
14. Spatial computable general equilibrium modelling : static and dynamic approaches
Sammanfattning : This thesis concerns both static and dynamic modeling in a spatial computable general equilibrium setting. First, we have applied a static framework for the assessment of economic impacts of the Öresund bridge. Secondly, we make an attempt to enhance the static framework through the introduction of economic dynamics. LÄS MER
15. Dynamic train/track interaction : hanging sleepers, track stiffness variations and track settlement
Sammanfattning : Trains have been operating on ballasted tracks for over 150 years. During this time demands from the railway organisations and from the industry to increase axle loads and train speeds on the existing railway lines have increased. The reasons for this are both economial and environmental. LÄS MER
