    Sammanfattning : Cars, trains, trucks, telecom networks and industrial robots are examples of products relying on complex embedded software systems, running on embedded computers. Such systems may consist of millions of lines of program code developed by hundreds of engineers over many years, often decades. LÄS MER

  2. 12. Non-Equilibrium Charge Motion in Organic Solar Cells

    Författare :Armantas Melianas; Olle Inganäs; Martijn Kemerink; Jenny Nelson; Linköpings universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES;

    Sammanfattning : Organic photovoltaic (OPV) devices based on semiconducting polymers and small molecules allow for a low cost alternative to inorganic solar cells. Recent developments show power conversion efficiencies as high as 10-12%, highlighting the potential of this technology. Nevertheless, further improvements are necessary to achieve commercialization. 3. 13. Transmission line theory for cable modeling: a delay-rational model based on Green's functions

    Författare :Maria De Lauretis; Sven Nordebo; Luleå tekniska universitet; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Industriell elektronik; Industrial Electronics;

    Sammanfattning : At present, induction motors are controlled via the so-called variable-frequency drives (VFD) that allow to control the speed for the motors. The purpose of this PhD thesis is to improve electromagnetic modeling techniques for the study of conducted electromagnetic emissions in variable-frequency drives, with the aim of enhancing their reliability in energy production plants.
