  1. 1. Life cycle assessment in early planning of transport systems : Decision support at project and network levels

    Författare :Carolina Liljenström; Anna Björklund; Jonas Åkerman; Susanna Toller; Robert Karlsson; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES;

    Sammanfattning : The Swedish Climate Policy Framework implies that the Swedish transport sector must reduce its greenhouse gas emissions to nearly zero by 2045. Previous studies have – using life cycle assessment – shown that indirect greenhouse gas emissions from the vehicle and infrastructure life cycle are significant and should be considered in transport policy and planning of transport systems, in addition to direct emissions of vehicle operation. 2. 2. Frontline employees' role in service innovation and value creation

    Författare :Jenny Karlsson; Per Skålén; Carolina Camén; Maria Holmlund Rytkönen; Karlstads universitet; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; frontline employees; service innovation; value creation; service-dominant logic; resource integration; value propositions; Business Administration; Företagsekonomi;

    Sammanfattning : Frontline employees play a key role in service innovation and value creation. However, a detailed and structured understanding of how frontline employees contribute, and what types of roles they enact when involved in service innovation, is lacking. Hence, this thesis aims to explore frontline employees’ contributions to service innovation. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Methods and models for 2D and 3D image analysis in microscopy, in particular for the study of muscle cells

    Författare :Patrick Karlsson Edlund; Ewert Bengtsson; Joakim Lindblad; Carolina Wählby; Fritz Albregtsen; Uppsala universitet; []
    Nyckelord :medical image analysis; image segmentation; fluorescence microscopy; cytometry; human skeletal muscle;

    Sammanfattning : Many research questions in biological research lead to numerous microscope images that need to be evaluated. Here digital image cytometry, i.e., quantitative, automated or semi-automated analysis of the images is an important rapidly growing discipline. LÄS MER
