7. Exploring the Magnetism of Ultra Thin 3d Transition Metal Films
Sammanfattning : In this thesis the magnetic and structural properties of ultra-thin 3d transition metals films have been investigated, in particular Fe, Ni and Co films. 10. Growth of Ag/Ni Thin Films and Multilayers
Sammanfattning : Fundamental studies concerning the relation between growth conditions, microstructure and internal stresses of polycrystalline Ag/Ni thin films and multilayers, as well as the relation between growth conditions and the structure of highly oriented Ni films, were performed.
