    Sammanfattning : The overall objective of this thesis is to analyse the concept of mindfulness as measured by the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) and its clinical usefulness in primary care through group Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).     Sammanfattning : Introduction: Patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) have been widely used in clinical trials and research, for example to monitor the health of specific populations or to evaluate treatment effects. In the Swedish national quality registries (NQRs), structured individual-level data for specific patient populations are collected in routine health care settings. LÄS MER
