    Sammanfattning : Both in haematological malignancies and in disseminated solid tumours, re-occurrence of the underlying disease is the main complication. Allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) increases the chance of cure compared to only chemotherapy in haematological malignancies, but adds the risk of immunological complications such as graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and severe infections.
