   Sammanfattning : Leukotriene (LT) A4 hydrolase catalyzes the committed step in the biosynthesis of LTB4, a classical chemoattractant and immuine-modulating lipid mediator involved in inflammation, host-defense against infections, and systemic, PAF-mediated, lethal shock.
