  1. 11. A theoretical perspective on photoinduced reactions - based on quantum chemical models and non-adiabatic molecular dynamics

    Författare :Sambit Das; Michael Odelius; Mårten Ahlquist; Stockholms universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Non-adiabatic dynamics; Molecular dynamics; Surface hopping; TDDFT; X-ray absorption spectroscopy; kemisk fysik; Chemical Physics;

    Sammanfattning : The broad range of applications for photochemical reactions is the result of light-matter interaction at the electronic level. The diverse application of photochemistry in various fields, including photovoltaic materials, molecular switches, and biological systems are due to electronic and structural transformations induced by photoexcitation as well as molecular alteration due to electron and charge transfer. 2. 12. New styles of intrusive related copper-gold deposits in northern Sweden

    Författare :Therese Bejgarn; Luleå tekniska universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Malmgeologi; Ore Geology;

    Sammanfattning : The Älgträsk Au-deposit is situated in the Jörn Granitoid Complex (JGC) immediately north of the Skellefte VMS district, northern Sweden. The Skellefte VMS district comprise a complex volcanosedimentary sequence, which has been interpreted as the remnant of a Palaeoproterozoic island arc or continental margin arc situated behind a northward dipping subduction zone. 3. 13. Formulation and characterization of W/O nano-dispersions for bioactive delivery applications

    Författare :Maria D. Chatzidaki; Aris Xenakis; Bert van Bavel; Werner Kunz; Örebro universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; nano-dispersions; encapsulation; food; DLS; EPR; Cryo-TEM; SAXS; pH-stat; digestion; antioxidants; gastric lipase; pancreatic lipase; Kemi; Chemistry;

    Sammanfattning : The main objective of this study was the formulation of food-grade water-in-oil (W/O) nano-dispersions based mainly on medium or long-chain triglycerides. Two types of dispersions were formulated and structurally compared, namely emulsions and microemulsions. LÄS MER

  4. 14. Conséquences d’un stress chronique sur la barrière de mucus intestinal chez le rat : effet du probiotique Lactobacillus farciminis

    Författare :Stéphanie da Silva; Muriel Mercier-Bonin; Annick Bernadier-Donadille; Bruno Pot; Nathalie Juge; France Clermont Ferrand University UMR454 INRA; []
    Nyckelord :MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES;

    Sammanfattning : Background. Despite a large body of literature incriminating mucus alterations in the pathogenesis of Intestinal Bowel Diseases (IBD), structural and physical changes in the mucus layer remain poorly understood in the micro-inflammatory context of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). 5. 15. Utilizing a tectonic framework to constrain the mineral system and remobilization in the Kiruna mining district, Sweden

    Författare :Leslie Logan; Tobias E. Bauer; Fernando Tornos; Olof Martinsson; Paul Evins; Luleå tekniska universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Kiruna; tectonic framework; mineral system; IOCG; IOA; remobilization; sulfur isotopes; trace elements; geochronology; Pahtohavare; Viscaria; Rakkurijärvi; Malmgeologi; Ore Geology;

    Sammanfattning : The Kiruna mining district, located in the northern Norrbotten ore province, Sweden, is a geologically and economically important area, being the type-locality for Kiruna iron oxide-apatite (IOA) deposits and also host to a variety of other deposits including syngenetic stratiform exhalative Cu-(Fe-Zn) (Viscaria, Eastern Pahtohavare), epigenetic stratabound Cu ± Au (Pahtohavare), and iron oxide-copper-gold (IOCG, Rakkurijärvi) deposits. However, the timing of IOA versus IOCG within the tectonic evolution is in question based on structural investigations showing Cu- and Fe-sulfides occur in late-orogenic structures. LÄS MER
