    Sammanfattning :  What can we learn by studying an art organization? This thesis is an ethnographic study with an hermeneutic approach of a symphony orchestra, five conductors and the management of a concert hall, trying to answer that question. The main focus of the study is to describe what goes on between individuals or groups of individuals, that is, the relations between the orchestra members, between orchestra members and conductors and between orchestra members and management.     Sammanfattning : The hybrid operating room (OR), which combines a traditional OR with a radiological intervention room, is one example of the technical advancements within hospitals. In a hybrid OR, the staff have to manage the technique confidently in a not completely familiar environment and still be able to care for the vulnerable patient in the safest way. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Avhandlingens övergripande syfte är att tolka och beskriva innebörder av stöd, utifrån att vara förälder till barn med funktionsnedsättning och att vara professionella stödjare. Datainsamling har skett i form av berättande intervjuer med 39 föräldrar (23 mödrar och 16 fäder) och 9 professionella (7 kvinnor, 2 män) från olika verksamheter. LÄS MER

As people are getting older and are living longer, nursing homes have become an important place for end-of-life care and death.
