3. Group Planning among L2 Learners of Italian: A Conversation Analytic Perspective
Sammanfattning : In line with the call for a process-oriented and ecologically sound approach to planning in SLA (Ellis, 2005), and with the behavioral approach adopted in other fields (Murphy, 2004, 2005; Suchman, 1987, 2007), the present work applies Conversation Analysis to the study of group planning. Sammanfattning : This dissertation investigates the occurrence and nature of public literary conversations within the discipline of Translation and Interpreting Studies. Alongside a macro-sociological exploration of public literary talks in Sweden from 1998–2018 – in relation to literary translations published during the same period – the dissertation mainly presents detailed interaction analyses of three interpreter-mediated public literary conversations.
