  1. 1. Amine Transaminases in Multi-Step One-Pot Reactions

    Författare :Mattias Anderson; Per Berglund; Frank Hollmann; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Biocatalysis; enzyme; amine transaminase; ω-transaminase; amination; primary amine; chiral amine; chemoenzymatic; green chemistry; synthesis; cascade; Bioteknologi; Biotechnology;

    Sammanfattning : Amine transaminases are enzymes that catalyze the mild and selective formation of primary amines, which are useful building blocks for biologically active compounds and natural products. In order to make the production of these kinds of compounds more efficient from both a practical and an environmental point of view, amine transaminases were incorporated into multi-step one-pot reactions. 2. 2. Theoretical studies on one-, two- and three-dimensional carbon structures

    Författare :Mattias Hjort; Linköpings universitet; []
    Nyckelord :Tight binding; Hückel; Fullerenes; graphite; Anderson localization; transfer matrix;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis deals with electronic structure calculations in large carbon based materials, Especially graphite like structures have been studied. For this the tight binding method together with more sophisticated quantum chemical methods has been utilised. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Patient involvement and service innovation in healthcare

    Författare :Jon Engström; Mattias Elg; Lars Witell; Glenn Robert; Linköpings universitet; []
    Nyckelord :Patient Involvement; participation; co-creation; patient empowerment; user involvement. patient centered care; motivation; user experiences; co-creation; service development; service innovation; service design; health care; lead users; diary; value;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis adds to a stream of research suggesting that healthcare can be more patient centered and efficient by redefining the role of the patient from a passive receiver to a more active and collaborative participant. This may relate to healthcare provision (Anderson and Funnell, 2005; Berry and Bendapudi, 2007; Bitner and Brown, 2008; McColl-Kennedy et al. LÄS MER
