  1. 1. Historiska träbärverk : Strukturmekaniska metoder och visualisering

    Författare :Carl Thelin; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; FEM; Roof truss; Structural mechanics; Historic structure; Visualisation; Static behaviour; Static eigenvalue; Eigenmode; Finite Element Method;

    Sammanfattning : In designing and erecting buildings in historical times, creating the loadcarrying structure was perhaps the greatest challenge with which the architect and the builder were faced. We encounter structures in which there was a strive to reach vertical heights in the pillars and walls and to extend the horizontal span of the beams and vaults that were built. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Simulation of historic buildings for enhancement of preservation and energy performance – issues and methods

    Författare :Torun Widström; Folke Björk; Kjartan Gudmundsson; Jesper Arfvidsson; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Building simulation; historic buildings; energy performance; damage risk; mould; thermal bridges; Byggvetenskap; Civil and Architectural Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : Historic buildings are often particularly poorly insulated and difficult to heat, and are also at risk for several reasons. These include potential lack of use due to low thermal comfort leading to low or no profitability, damage risks due to over and under-climatization and risks due to climate change altering the boundary conditions that they were built for. 3. 3. Application of the Fluoresecence Lidar Techniques in the Architectural Heritage

    Författare :Jenny Hällström; Bebyggelsevård; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; architectural heritage; stone; brick; conservation; restoration; case studies; building investigation; lidar; fluorescence; laser; masonry;

    Sammanfattning : The primary aim of the research project is to analyse the potential for the application of lidar and fluorescence techniques in building investigation, and also to establish a scientific remote-sensing method for surveying and analysing the historical facade that is non-destructive and can be used in-situ. The fluorescence lidar method uses point-monitoring and scanning of areas that can provide multispectral images in order to identify materials, biodeteriogens and other substances not visible to the human eye.
