   Sammanfattning : Colorectal tumorigenesis involves activation of mutations in proto-oncogenes, such as ras and c-myc, as well as mutations that inactivate tumor suppressor genes including the APC and the p53 gene. These genetic events, in turn, lead to epigenetic changes in signal transduction pathways, which regulate processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. LÄS MER
