26. A Bayesian approach to retrospective detection of change-points in road surface measurements
Sammanfattning : First-order autoregressive processes are analysed for sudden changes in parameter value. In its most general form, a multivariate vector of measurements is allowed, and no prior knowledge about the involved parameters is required. LÄS MER
27. Unga flickor skriver in sig i sin kultur : möjliga sätt att vara - uttryck i text och bild
Sammanfattning : The aim of the study is to describe, analyse and understand the meanings that can be extracted from the fictive stories and drawings produced by a group 13-14 year old girls’ and dealing with their future family life. The stories and drawings are ‘read’ as the girls’ reflections and fantasies in dialogue with their culture about different ways of being and living as grown women. LÄS MER
28. Studies on the structure and biogenesis of membrane proteins from the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii
Sammanfattning : The green alga unicellular Chlamydomonas reinhardtii has been used for many years as a model system in the area of photosynthesis. Therefore, the C. reinhardtii chloroplast has been the subject of many studies. In contrast, the mitochondria have received less attention. LÄS MER
29. Intramembranous arrangement of phospholipids and dolichol in microsomal and model membranes
Sammanfattning : The transfer of phospholipids from the endoplasmic reticulum to the inner mitochondrial membrane was investigated by pulse labeling in vivo. With [3H]gIycerol microsomal phosphatidylethanoiamine and phosphatidylcholine were rapidly labeled during the first 30 min; while maximum incorporation into the inner mitochondrial membrane occured only after about 5 hours. 30. Electron paramagnetic resonance and biochemical studies of red-ox properties of the diferric/radical center in mouse and Mycobacterium tuberculosis ribonucleotide reductase R2 proteins
Sammanfattning : Ribonucleotide reductase (RNR) catalyses the reduction of all four ribonucleotides to the corresponding deoxyribonucleotides that are used by the cells for DNA synthesis. The active enzyme from mouse, Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) and aerobically grown E. LÄS MER
