Sammanfattning: What are the defining features and working methods for achieving better leadership? A questionnaire study of 519 managers has been carried out. A learning leadership model has been developed. The model integrates different areas of expertise/leadership features. Professional ability, social relations, communication, action, regeneration, collaboration, capacity to combine, drive, results, quick decision-making and insight into strength and weaknesses and how they should be utilized in different situations are central. Learning, reflection and training to achieve better leadership are fundamental.
