The overall goal of the project was to probe the interactions between MHC molecules, glycopeptide antigens and T cell receptors, that are essential for development of collagen induced arthritis.    Sammanfattning : Most bacteria possess a vital net-like macromolecule – peptidoglycan (PG). PG encases bacteria around the cytoplasmic membrane to withstand the high internal turgor pressure and thereby protect the cell from bursting.
