    Sammanfattning : Experimental autoimmune neuritis (EAN) and arthritis are CD4+ T cell mediated autoimmune animal models for the study of immunomodulation and immunopathogenesis of human Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Inflammatory cell infiltration and cytokine production in the target organs are characteristic features of both diseases, suggesting a role of cytokine production in the pathogenesis. LÄS MER
