   Sammanfattning : Vitamin K is essential for the synthesis of blood coagulation proteins. The anticoagulant drugs of coumarin and indandione type hinder the activity of vitamin K and thereby retard clotting. X-ray diffraction studies of these drugs have been performed to obtain more information for understanding of the mechanism of the anticoagulant action. LÄS MER
