  1. 1. Mot nätverkssjukvård i komplex miljö : - behov av en vetenskaplig syn på ledning för säker vård och effektiv resursanvändning

    Författare :Marianne Lagerstedt; Björn-Erik Erlandsson; Niklas Hallberg; Erik Bjurström; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; Patient safety; casestudy; safety; networked healthcare; command and control; concept; direction and coordination; Technology and Health; Teknik och hälsa;

    Sammanfattning : Since 2008 advanced home healthcare agencies (ASiH) in a larger Swedish county council has underwent a transformation, to become part of a coming concept: networked healthcare (NVS). NVS means that intermediate multi-organizational healthcare (IMV) will be produced often in the home, and from 2013 to an increasing number of patients in different age groups with different diagnoses and medical conditions - in large variability of needs. 2. 2. Nitrous oxide and methane emissions from storage and land application of organic fertilisers : with the focus on sewage sludge

    Författare :Agnes Willén; Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet; Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet; []
    Nyckelord :LANTBRUKSVETENSKAPER; AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES; LANTBRUKSVETENSKAPER; AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY;

    Sammanfattning : Organic fertiliser handling contributes to greenhouse gas emissions. Through storage and field experiments, this thesis examined strategies to reduce emissions of nitrous oxide (N2O) and methane (CH4) from storage and after land application of cattle slurry (CS) and sewage sludge (SS). 3. 3. The influence of multiscale hyporheic flow on solute transport : Implications for stream restoration enhancing nitrogen removal

    Författare :Ida Morén; Anders Wörman; Joakim Riml; Roy Haggerty; KTH; []

    Sammanfattning : Stream water that flows into and out of streambeds is called hyporheic exchange flow (HEF).It continuously interacts with groundwater and thereby affect the water quality of local streamreaches as well as downstream recipients by providing an environment where solutes andenergy can be retained and degraded. 4. 4. On Sustainability of Biomass for Energy and the Governance Thereof

    Författare :Oskar Englund; Virginia Dale; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :LANTBRUKSVETENSKAPER; AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES; LANTBRUKSVETENSKAPER; AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; sustainability; land use; spatial modelling; biomass production; certification; environmental legislation; biomass resources; ecosystem services; Bioenergy; GIS; biodiversity; governance;

    Sammanfattning : Due to concerns about climate change, energy security, and resource scarcity, non- renewable resources are increasingly being displaced by biomass. As with most human activities, the production of biobased products can be associated with negative impacts. Primarily, this relates to the biomass supply systems, i.e. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Greenhouse gas emissions from food and garden waste composting : effects of Management and Process Conditions

    Författare :Evgheni Ermolaev; Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet; Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet; []
    Nyckelord :LANTBRUKSVETENSKAPER; AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES;

    Sammanfattning : Composting is a robust waste treatment technology. Use of finished compost enables plant nutrient recycling, carbon sequestration, soil structure improvement and mineral fertiliser replacement. However, composting also emits greenhouse gases (GHG) such as methane (CH₄) and nitrous oxide (N₂O) with high global warming potential (GWP). LÄS MER
