   Sammanfattning : Vaccination with a T-cell-dependent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV) followed by a T-cell-independent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine (PPSV) is recommended after basilar skull fracture to reduce the risk of meningitis.
