Three related topics such as firm turnover and productivity differentials, determinants of firm growth, and the effect of adjustment cost and irreversibility on firm investment decisions are investigated empirically.     Sammanfattning : This thesis is about fundamental interaction mechanisms of laser remote fusion cutting, RFC, which is based on the formation of a quasi-stationary laser-induced boiling front that causes drop ejection, preferably downwards.
