Sammanfattning : This thesis concerns measurements of regional brain volumes using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and of regional cerebral blood flow (CBF) using Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) in patients investigated for suspected dementia. Sammanfattning : The purpose of this thesis has been to study biological and social factors of importance for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). 8. Short- and long-term consequences of sport-related concussion
Sammanfattning : Concussions are common in contact sports. Symptoms such as confusion and/or loss of consciousness following an impact to the head indicate that a sport-related concussion (SRC) has occurred. The symptoms normally resolve within 10-14 days following an SRC in adults although at least 10 % of athletes suffer from prolonged symptoms. LÄS MER

10. Rolandic Epilepsy : A Neuroradiological, Neuropsychological and Oromotor Study
Sammanfattning : Rolandic epilepsy (RE) is the most common focal epilepsy syndrome in the pediatric age group with an onset between 3 and 13 years.
