    Sammanfattning : This thesis focuses on the magnetotransport properties of highly Mn-doped crystalline GaAs nanowires. The GaAs nanowires were first grown by metal-organic vapor phase epitaxy from gold seed particles, and subsequently implanted with Mn ions under varying conditions, e.g., ion fluence and acceleration voltage.     Sammanfattning : This thesis investigates structural defects into Silicon Carbide (SiC) in processed Al and B ion implantated samples. Ion implantation is currently the preferred way to introduce impurity atoms into the SiC crystal lattice. The structural defects found was concluded to be extrinsic dislocation loops composed of excess Si interstitials. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The Bone Conduction Implant (BCI) system has been developed as an alternative to the percutaneous bone anchored hearing aid (BAHA) with the advantage that the skin is kept intact.
