21. Proterozoic crustal growth along the Archaean continental margin in the Luleå and Jokkmokk areas, northern Sweden
22. Genetic variation in frost tolerance, juvenile growth and timber production in Russian larches (Larix Mill.) : implications for use in Sweden
Sammanfattning : Larch (Larix sp Mill.) is an important component in boreal montane and subalpine forests in the northern hemisphere. Macrofossils of larch in the Scandinavian mountains prove the existence of larch in Scandinavia after the last ice age, Siberian or Russian larch is now considered as an indigenous tree species of Sweden. 23. Geophysical Studies Bearing on the Origin of the Arctic Basin
Sammanfattning : Deep troughs and ridges of the Arctic Basin are some of the least known features of the Earth's crust. Some of the ridges, eg. Chukchi and Nordwind, are connected directly to the continental shelves and are certainly submarine promontories of the latter. LÄS MER
24. Den höviska kulturen i Norden : En konsthistorisk undersökning

Although many of the art objects and texts here discussed are well-known, a comparative study of this kind has hitherto never been attempted. LÄS MER
25. An attempt based on an interpretation of multichannel reflection seismic data to delineate sedimentary sequences, structures and evolution in the part of the Western Barents Sea 72° - 74°N and 10° - 17°E
Sammanfattning : This thesis is an attempt to throw further light on the structural development of the passive continental margin of the Western Barents Sea in the area from 72000'N to 74000'N and from 17000'E to 10000'E. It is based mainly on multichannel reflection seismics but available aeromagnetic, shipborne magnetic and free-air gravimetric data have also been analyzed. LÄS MER
