The focus of the study is on how perceptions andnotions of a calling were altered over time, and in which way this historically shaped conceptinfluenced the professionalisation of the female health care work.     Sammanfattning : The modal share of bicycle traffic in Stockholm increased from 20 per cent to over 30 per cent during the 1930s, and reached staggering levels during World War Two – peaking at over 70 per cent. Soon after the war, however, the share declined rapidly. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this dissertation is to illuminate the relationship between the book artist Akke Kumlien (1884-1949) and various ideas about the design of books and printed letters, and to describe the evolution of Kumlien’s artistic identity and professional role.
