    Sammanfattning : In close to two hundred cases, the Court of Justice of the European Union has faced questions concering whether Member States’ substantive direct tax rules are compatible with the fundamental freedoms found in the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. Rules that constitute a restriction on the freedoms can still be compatible with them, but only in case they are justified based on a legitimate objective recognised by the Court. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) is an aggressive, treatment-resistant tumour. Cisplatin (cis-diamminedichloroplatinum (II)) is the best single-agent chemotherapy for MPM, but platinum-based combination therapies give the best overall response rates.     Sammanfattning : The leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobulin-like domains (LRIG) family consists of three integral membrane proteins that are important in human cancer. LRIG1 is a negative regulator of growth factor signaling. Its expression is associated with longer survival in several cancer types, and the gene has been shown to function as a tumor suppressor. What kind of past do they like? What do they want history for?
