    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; problems; usage; benefits; manufacturing planning and control; Advanced planning and scheduling;

    Sammanfattning : An Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) system is defined as any computer program that uses advanced mathematical algorithms or logic to perform optimization and/or simulation on finite capacity scheduling, sourcing, capacity planning, resource planning, forecasting, demand planning and others. Relative the massive interest, both from academia and industry in the subject area of manufacturing planning and control, there has not been much written about the use of APS systems in practice. 2. 2. Construction transport efficiency from the perspective of Main Contractor and Transporter

    Författare :Farah Naz; Anna Fredriksson; Linea Kjellsdotter Ivert; Johan Woxenius; Linköpings universitet; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Construction transport efficiency; Performance measures; Construction logistics management; Case study;

    Sammanfattning : Transport efficiency within construction is low. One reason behind the lack of efficiency within the construction transport is the lack of proper logistics management that in turn results in problems of delivery reliability, material flows as well as material availability. 3. 3. Green Logistics Networks : Roles & Symbiotic Relationships

    Författare :Mary Catherine Osman; Maria Huge-Brodin; Linea Kjellsdotter Ivert; Jonas Ammenberg; Arni Hallordsson; Statens väg- och transportforskningsinstitut; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES;

    Sammanfattning : Logistics actors such as the transport buyer, freight forwarder, and haulier are currently in a transition phase towards more sustainable practices typically referred to as Green Logistics Practices (GLPs). One of the more progressive GLPs is completion of freight transport using fossil-free fuels such as biomethane. LÄS MER
