   Sammanfattning : Protein Tyrosine Phosphatases (PTPs) are oxidized and inactivated by reactive oxygen species (ROS) upon stimulation of a wide range of cell surface receptors, including the platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) receptor (PDGF R).
