Ordbetoning och ordbetydelse i rumänska

Sammanfattning: The book is divided into three parts. All three parts dealwith the Romanian word. Part A: Word stress has not been defined in one rule before. I show how one rule can be applied to nouns, verbs and countnouns of Romanian. The principal method is taken from lexical phonology. Part B: Part A gave me the idea to investigate phonological length in the forms of infinitive, 3sg imperfect and perfect. An experiment was performed and the hypothesis proved. Part C: Word meaning of oral communication verbs in Romanian is what part C deals with. Among other things I show that a communication verb is in a subordinat position to a speech act verb. The verbs are analysed with computational, cognitive and cross linguistical methods. Two corpuses were compiled. With the help of them I show the different meaning elements that are contained in some of the Romanian communication verbs. Cross linguistically it can be seen that these verbs when used in translating between Swedish and Romanian have some elements in common but not all.
