    Sammanfattning : Background: In coronary heart disease (CHD), pharmaceutical care implies that health care professionals cooperate with the patient to optimize drug therapy primarily for secondary prevention. Low adherence and discontinuation of drugs are common among patients with CHD, and this is associated with increased morbidity and mortality. LÄS MER
