   Sammanfattning : Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) is a rare neurogenetic disorder characterised by hypotonia (especially pronounced in the perinatal period) with "failure to thrive", hypogonadism, hypoventilation, dysmorphic features, final short stature and mental retardation.
