    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this dissertation is to outline the theoretical basis of a road traffic simulation model, named Mimic, that constitutes the key elements of a system for estimating road user effects and environmental impacts.     Sammanfattning : Atherosclerosis is a multifactorial and progressive disease that is characterized by a focal thickening of the arteries caused by accumulation of lipoproteins, extracellular matrix, and the migration and proliferation of various cell types.
