21. Molecularly Imprinted Solid-Phase Extraction and Liquid Chromatography for Biological Samples
Sammanfattning : This thesis focuses on the use of molecularly imprinted polymers as selective sorbents for solid-phase extraction (MISPE). The MISPE methods developed were mainly intended for use with biological samples, such as human urine and blood plasma. LÄS MER
22. Synthesis and characterization of molecularly imprinted polymer receptors targeting the c-terminus of amyloid-beta via epitope imprinting
Sammanfattning : .... LÄS MER
23. New Strategies for Preparing Polymers with Hierarchical Architectures
Sammanfattning : The objective of this thesis was to explore novel approaches for controlling morphologies and molecular recognition behaviour of polymers and to use these strategies in conjunction with the molecular imprinting technique in order to either enhance polymer performance in quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor applications, or as an alternative to conventional solvents of polymerization. In Papers I and II, the use of liquid crystalline media in the synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymers was demonstrated. LÄS MER
24. QCM-based sensing using biological and biomimetic interfaces
Sammanfattning : The objective of this thesis was to explore novel approaches for studying molecular recognition at biological and biomimetic surfaces using the quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) biosensor technique. The first two papers focused on the synthesis and study of biotin selective polymer films prepared using the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) technique. LÄS MER
25. Enzymatic hydrolysis coupled to hot water extraction for determination of flavonoids in plants
Sammanfattning : The word sustainability is more and more frequently used within the field of chemistry and in many other fields. Green or sustainable chemistry was introduced during the 90 ́s as a field of chemistry where the environmental and health impacts of processes and products are evaluated and improved. LÄS MER
