    Sammanfattning : Denna avhandling visar hur städares arbetsmiljö och hälsa kan förbättras om en bred arbetsmiljösatsning, som både innefattar fysiska och psykosociala arbetsmiljöfaktorer, genomförs. Resultaten visar även att det finns ett samband mellan god arbetsmiljö för städare och konkurrensfördelar för den städorganisation som uppnår god arbetsmiljö. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : A smoking cessation program targeting pregnant women and their partners was monitored during 17 years and subjected to several substudies. All women in Blekinge, who gave birth in the months of September during the period 1984 to 2000, were asked to fill out a questionnaire, anonymously, about their smoking habits before and during pregnancy.     Sammanfattning : The issues of the study are: How do the assistant principals face the work as school leaders? Which demands of competence do the new school leaders face? Which needs of competence development exist for new school leaders? In the school studied the organization of the management was changed from one principal and one director of studies to one principal and six assistant principals. All of these were new as school leaders and lacking knowledge as well as experiences in working in school management. LÄS MER
