  2. 2. Development of New Synthetic Routes to Organoboronates by Catalytic Allylic Substitution and C-H bond Functionalization

    Författare :Vilhelm Olsson; Kálmán Szabó; Gary A. Molander; Stockholms universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Palladium; Iridium; Boron; Catalysis; Organic chemistry; Organisk kemi; organisk kemi; Organic Chemistry;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis describes the development of new catalytic methods for the synthesis and application of organometallic reagents, mainly focusing on allylboronic acid derivatives. Thus, palladium pincer-complex catalysis has been applied for extending the scope of palladiumcatalyzed borylation reactions in the synthesis of regio- and stereodefined functionalized allylboronic acid derivatives. 3. 3. Palladium-Catalyzed Carbonylation and Arylation Reactions

    Författare :Jonas Sävmarker; Mats Larhed; Gary Molander; Uppsala universitet; []
    Nyckelord :MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; palladium; carbonylation; styrene; amidine; aryl ketones; aryl sulfinates; ESI-MS; aryltrifluoroborates; Organic Pharmaceutical Chemistry; Organisk farmaceutisk kemi;

    Sammanfattning : Palladium-catalyzed reactions have found widespread use in contemporary organic chemistry due to their impressive range of functional group tolerance and high chemo- and regioselectivity. The pioneering contributions to the development of the Pd-catalyzed C-C bond forming cross-coupling reaction were rewarded with the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2010. LÄS MER
